1. Agreement to Terms

By using this website or booking any tour, ticket, cruise or holiday package through Dubai Tourism Services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use the site or make a booking.

2. Who We Are

Dubai Tourism Services acts as a direct booking platform for tours, attraction tickets, cruises and holiday packages in and around Dubai. Many experiences are operated by us directly; some are fulfilled through verified local operators and partners, in which case the operator's own terms and safety standards also apply.

3. Bookings & Pricing

• All prices are shown in your selected currency and are confirmed at checkout before payment
• A booking is only confirmed once payment is completed (or, for "reserve now, pay later" options, once the booking is accepted) and you receive a confirmation email/e-ticket
• We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors before a booking is confirmed
• Some experiences require full payment at the time of booking; others may offer pay-on-pickup or partial payment options where stated

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms vary by experience type (tours, tickets, packages) and are covered in full in our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In particular, attraction and entry tickets are non-refundable once purchased.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate traveler details (names, ages, contact information) at the time of booking
• Arrive at the pickup point or meeting point on time — late arrivals may result in a missed experience with no refund
• Carry valid ID/passport where required by the operator or attraction
• Follow the safety instructions of guides, drivers and operators during the experience
• Ensure travelers meet any age, height, health or fitness requirements stated on the tour page

6. Changes or Cancellations by Us

Occasionally an experience may be changed, rescheduled or cancelled by us or the operator due to weather, safety, low bookings, or circumstances beyond our control. Where this happens, we'll offer a full refund or a free reschedule to another available date, as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.

7. Liability

Tours, attractions and activities carry inherent risks. While we carefully select licensed, reputable operators, we are not liable for injury, loss, delay or damage arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control (including weather, third-party operator actions, or force majeure events). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.

8. Website Use

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, and not to attempt to interfere with its security, submit false information, or misuse the booking system (e.g. fraudulent payments or speculative bookings).

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, photos, logos and design — belongs to Dubai Tourism Services or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
